In diesem Zusammenhang geh&ouml;rt nat&uuml;rlich auch das Feature zur automatischen Erstellung eines Fotoalbums dazu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Viele User nutzen diese automatischen Features zur schnellen Erstellung optisch ansprechender <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Folien&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Folien, auch Slides genannt, sind die Bestandteile einer Pr&auml;sentation und stellen in ihrer Zusammensetzung die Gesamtheit der Elemente dar, die zu einem bestimmten Punkt in einer Pr&auml;sentation(...)&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.presentationload.de\/blog\/glossar\/folien\/\"  data-mobile-support=\"0\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'>Folien<\/a> oder Grafiken aller Art.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Beitrag werden folgende Themen vorgestellt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bilder in SmartArt-Grafiken einbauen<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Das PowerPoint &ndash; Fotoalbum<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Fotos und SmartArt &ndash; Grafiken richtig einsetzen<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Fotos in passende SmartArts einf&uuml;gen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unabh&auml;ngig davon welche SmartArt-Grafik Sie ausw&auml;hlen &ndash; es gibt schon einige Vorlagen, die speziell daf&uuml;r gedacht sind, Fotos oder Grafiken aufzunehmen. Sie brauchen nur direkt in das kleine Icon in der Mitte zu klicken und Ihr <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Bild&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Ganz allgemein kann es sich bei einem Bild um jegliche Art einer visuellen Darstellung handeln, also z.B. um ein Foto, eine Computergrafik, ein Gem&auml;lde oder eine Zeichnung. Im Kontext von(...)&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.presentationload.de\/blog\/glossar\/bild\/\"  data-mobile-support=\"0\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'>Bild<\/a> von der Festplatte einzuf&uuml;gen. Es erscheint auch sofort in dem links aufgeklappten Textmen&uuml;feld.<\/p>\n<p>Denken Sie jedoch bei der Arbeit mit den SmartArt-Grafiken daran, dass sich die meisten <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Einstellungen&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Allgemein gesprochen l&auml;sst sich in den Einstellungen einer Anwendung deren Verhalten konfigurieren und so besser auf die Bed&uuml;rfnisse des Benutzers hin anpassen. Ein Herausschieben aus der Gesamtform ist auch nicht m&ouml;glich.<\/p>\n<p>In die Platzhalterfl&auml;che (blau) f&uuml;r die Texte k&ouml;nnen Sie zus&auml;tzlich <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Fotos einf&uuml;gen&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Bei PowerPoint werden Fotos &uuml;ber das Register &amp;quot;Einf&uuml;gen&amp;quot; und die Auswahl &amp;quot;Bilder&amp;quot; eingef&uuml;gt. Bei den meisten Versionen von PowerPoint ist es m&ouml;glich an dieser Stelle direkt auszuw&auml;hlen, ob es(...)&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.presentationload.de\/blog\/glossar\/fotos-einfugen\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'>Fotos einf&uuml;gen<\/a>, aber diese werden aufgrund ihrer H&ouml;he je nach <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Format&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Der Begriff &amp;quot;Format&amp;quot; tritt im Kontext von PowerPoint im Wesentlichen in zwei Themenbereichen in Erscheinung: Einerseits bezieht er sich auf das Dateiformat, in dem die Pr&auml;sentation gespeichert(...)&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.presentationload.de\/blog\/glossar\/format\/\"  data-mobile-support=\"0\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'>Format<\/a> verzerrt dargestellt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>W&auml;hlen Sie eher neutrale bzw. ruhige Hintergr&uuml;nde<\/li>\n<li>Schneiden Sie vor dem Einf&uuml;gen ein Foto erst so zu, dass es passt und nicht verzerrt wird (siehe Schiff). Wenn Sie stattdessen das Foto mit einem H&auml;kchen bei<strong><em> &gt; Bild nebeneinander als Textur anordnen<\/em><\/strong> belegen ist zwar die Form ausgef&uuml;llt, aber in den Spitzen des Dreiecks wird das Originalfoto wiederholt. Abhilfe: Foto (angepasst) beschneiden oder mit den Einstellungen (Ausrichtung \/ Skalieren \/ Offset) der Grafikformatierung die Stellung des Fotos im Dreieck ver&auml;ndern.<\/li>\n<li>Nehmen Sie in jedem Fall diese Einstellungen schon in der gew&uuml;nschten Endgr&ouml;&szlig;e der SmartArt vor. Wird die SmartArt sp&auml;ter noch einmal komplett verkleinert ver&auml;ndert sich der Ausschnitt des Bildes (siehe rechts oben), da der Bezug zur Originalproportion bestehen bleibt.<\/li>\n<li>Das Anklicken des jeweils richtigen Elements ist wichtig. Ansonsten wird unter Umst&auml;nden das falsche Element mit einem <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Bild&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Ganz allgemein kann es sich bei einem Bild um jegliche Art einer visuellen Darstellung handeln, also z.B. um ein Foto, eine Computergrafik, ein Gem&auml;lde oder eine Zeichnung.
