Erstmals entwickelt von Ken Schwaber und Jeff Sutherland ist Scrum heute eine gro&szlig;e Unterst&uuml;tzung bei der Bew&auml;ltigung von komplexen Aufgaben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch wenn Scrum grunds&auml;tzlich einfach zu verstehen ist kann es schwer sein, das Konzept umzusetzen und in der Praxis anzuwenden. Es ist aus diesem Grund wichtig, dass Sie diese Prinzipien kennen und w&uuml;rdigen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>#1: Transparenz:&nbsp;<\/strong>Es ist bei der Arbeit mit Scrum und generell beim agilen Arbeiten unumg&auml;nglich, dass Ziele, anstehende Aufgaben und Entscheidungen frei zug&auml;nglich und bekannt sind. So lassen sich W&uuml;nsche und Bed&uuml;rfnisse leichter verstehen. Insgesamt geht es bei der Aufgabe des Product Owners darum, den Wert des Produktes oder Projektes zu maximieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entwicklungsteam:&nbsp;<\/strong>Das Entwicklungsteam besteht aus <strong>Expert:innen und Fachkr&auml;ften<\/strong>, die das festgelegte Ziel dank ihrer F&auml;higkeiten verwirklichen. Aus maximal drei bis neun Mitgliedern zusammengesetzt liefert das Entwicklungsteam die Teilprodukte ab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Team ist daf&uuml;r verantwortlich die in einem Spint enthaltenen Aufgaben zu erledigen. Was genau ein <strong>Scrum-Sprint<\/strong> ist und warum dieser so wichtig ist erkl&auml;ren wir Ihnen weiter unten im Artikel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scrum-Master:&nbsp;<\/strong>Diese Person hat die Aufgabe <strong>Scrum-Regeln einzuf&uuml;hren<\/strong>, deren Einhaltung zu kontrollieren und somit das Gelingen des Scrums zu sichern. Somit kann man diese Rolle auch als Coach von Entwicklungsteam und Product Owner bezeichnen. Das Ziel eines solchen Scrum-Sprints ist die Entwicklung eines fertigen Teilprodukts, auch <strong>Produkt-Inkrement<\/strong> genannt. Aus diesem Grund sollte das Ziel nach Ablauf der vorher festgelegten Zeit erreicht werden sein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der sogenannte <strong>Sprint Backlog<\/strong>, der Plan f&uuml;r den Sprint, muss vorher genau geplant werden und alle Aufgabenbereiche und Anforderungen m&uuml;ssen klar sein. Der Plan wird vom gesamten Team geplant was hei&szlig;t, dass Transparenz w&auml;hrend des Scrums sehr wichtig ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Findet ein solcher Sprint statt, ist es wichtig, dass t&auml;glich <strong>Daily Scrums<\/strong>, in denen der aktuelle Stand besprochen wird, gehalten werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach Abschluss eines Sprints findet zun&auml;chst eine <strong>Sprint Review&nbsp;<\/strong>statt. Hierbei werden die Ergebnisse des Sprints ausgewertet, so dass der n&auml;chste Sprint mit optimierten Ma&szlig;nahmen gestartet werden kann.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Vorgang wird dann so oft wiederholt, bis die Produktentwicklung vollst&auml;ndig abgeschlossen ist. Es gibt es auf der anderen Seite aber auch einige, wenige Nachteile, die wir Ihnen, ebenso wie die Vorteile, vorstellen m&ouml;chten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vorteile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>#1: Kurze Kommunikationswege<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die hohe Transparenz und Absprache w&auml;hrend Scrum-Prozessen sind die Kommunikationswege relativ kurz. Dies erleichtert den Ablauf ungemein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>#2: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dadurch, dass ein Scrum Sprint so oft wiederholt wird, bis das Endergebnis zufriedenstellend ist, wird das Produkt kontinuierlich verbessert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>#3: Leicht verst&auml;ndlich und schnell einf&uuml;hrbar&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dadurch, dass Scrum ohne viele Regeln einsetzbar ist, l&auml;sst die Methode sich schnell einf&uuml;hren.
